Every so often a unique Timber Frame Home becomes a unique Timber Frame experience, as by nature it brings together a diverse blend of people. The close of 2006 found Ron and Eric, along with Atlantic's Ohio rep Brian Sabo, recognizing the completion of a special frame, built for a special family, in a special place called Pagosa Springs Colorado .

Sixty-five thousand pounds of Oak timber were trucked across the Great Continental Divide to become a 36' x 60' Timber Frame Home in the heart of some of the most relaxing hot springs enjoyed by the Atlantic crew since the hot springs in Alaska . It was obvious the project would be seamless immediately upon meeting the good people involved.

Basciani & Sons were brought in from New York to assist with the erection of the timber frame and install a complete trim package milled in their Pulaski New York shop. This father and son team brings a quality reputation for restoration of churches and historic sites; they now represent Atlantic Timberframes in the New York area.
