Sandy Lake Snuggled on a wood lot near Sandy Lake, PA is this oak timber frame hybrid home we had the opportunity to build with our friend John. Doing a timber frame home close to the shop and for someone we know as a friend and neighbor was very special for us. This timber frame design has a 26’ x 32’ center section using the King configuration to span the great room and kitchen. This ranch style home has additional wings added to both sides of the timber frame great room giving 3 main level bedrooms. The wings were constructed using insulated panel to the 8’ level with a conventional truss roofing system. This plan also has a full basement and large rear deck facing the wood line.
