The following prices are for Oak Timber Frame structures. These pricing examples were selected to help describe the framing system we use and how it directly relates to the cost. Each of these frames can be altered to fit your custom design. These examples are a starting point to guide you in the design of your Timber Frame home.
 
 
  The first four listings are for 32' x 32' sturctures using 3-bent profiles with 3-post per profile. The difference being the height of the side walls which accomodates more second level living space.
