This timber frame home has a bedroom downstairs with a bath and a loft master bedroom and bath in the loft. There is 1800 SqFt. of living space in the Parma. This home has a beautiful hemlock board on board siding giving it a real country look. Listed below is a price for this timber frame structure and another example of the Parma with the bent profiles at 16' creating a 48' long footprint for more living space. This unique designed frame offer four different bent profiles.
