  This timber frame structure consists of (4) 32' wide bent profiles space 16' apart to span the 48' length of the structure. Also added off the back side is a 16' x 12' frame to extend the great room. The plan offers 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, loft study, and storage attic above garage area which is excessed from the loft area. This additional room added to the 2800 SqFt of living space you come up with close to 4000 Sqft of usable living space. The madison has a full finished basement with recreational room, bedroom, bathroom adding 1600 Sqft for a total of 5600 SqFT.
