Knoch Located near Kittanning, PA the “Knoch” timber frame home came with seven gable ends, a total length of 70’ and 30’ wide. The great hall is 36’ x 30’ with a 16’ step down gable on each end. There is also an In-laws suite measuring 26’ x 38’. Adding the loft area to this footprint gives a total of 4800 sq. ft. not including the full walkout basement. Despite the size of this frame, we were ready for the panel crew in three days thanks to the help we got from the client and his local crew that finished the home.
