This style home can be easily modified by changing the dimensions of the center section or the wing additions.The Timber Frame in this listing is 1820 sq. ft. and the floorplan in this example is for a 2040 sq. ft. structure. The wings of the structure are built with insulation panels or conventionally built to reduce the cost of the Timber Frame. The above pricing example is using a 10' single story profile and the example below uses the 14' bent profile. In this structure there are additional connection pieces, braces, longer posts, and thus more material to complete the structure. |
