Ghent timber frame home. This home is another great option when it comes to building a timber frame hybrid. The two story timber frame center section is 32’ x 32’ with 2800 sq. ft. of living space. Timber framing of the wings to the 8’ level carries the timber look from the great room to the kitchen wing on the main level. Entering the upstairs bedrooms from the loft area you are greeted with vaulted ceilings created by a ridge beam and structural insulated panels. Going back to West Virginia is always welcomed and doing this timber frame home only made it more wild and wonderful. With the weather cooperating, we finished assembly of the frame in two days.
