Evans Pennsylvania timber frame home. The Evans is a 44’ x 52’ timber frame barn. The lower level consists of six horse stalls enhanced with custom forged steel railings. A wine cellar is accented by a timber frame center isle that divides the stalls. The main level consists of the great room, kitchen, along with several tack and storage rooms. The loft area boasts 2 master bedrooms with baths and a large center island positioned for a spectacular view of the entire living area below. This structure has 3588 sq. ft. of living space in addition to the full basement level belonging to the horses. What I remember about this project was the beautiful sunsets every evening reflecting off the timber frame and the horses gathering around as we worked.
